Robin Huling is a seasoned Leadership Development Consultant, Speaker, and Author of People-First AI Integration, with over two decades of experience specializing in natural behavior and communication styles. Throughout her career, Robin has honed her expertise during tenures with prestigious global brands such as Universal Studios, Planet Hollywood, Walt Disney World, and Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville. She currently serves an impressive roster of clients including the American Red Cross, Culture Builders, Kinect Capital, the Utah Attorney General's Office, the City of Sandy, and multiple EO Network Chapters.

Her passion lies in Leadership training and team building, and she possesses a profound understanding of DISC Theory. Robin skillfully leverages this knowledge to empower individuals and teams, helping them unlock their full potential by removing self-imposed barriers.

Her newest keynote and workshop series, based on her book People-First AI Integration, helps leaders and teams embrace AI as a practical tool, not a threat. She provides hands-on strategies for AI adoption using change management, behavioral insights, and simple systems to reduce fear and increase buy-in.

 Robin’s approach is interactive, direct, and built for busy professionals. She’s a frequent guest on podcasts and local media, sharing real-world stories and strategies for leading through complexity

Robin lives in Utah and is proud to serve as President of the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce, Chair of Silicon Slopes Women in Leadership, and as a board member for multiple nonprofits, including Utah Foster Care, The Road Home, and the Women Wellness Summit. 

Heather Curry is an accomplished project developer, learning strategist consultant. She specializes in working with C-Suite executives and leadership teams across industries to design and implement strategies that drive greater inclusivity and accessibility in recruitment, hiring, retention, and advancement.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Heather brings deep expertise in systems-level policy development, organizational consulting, and leadership facilitation. She has extensive academic and community-based experience, leading both large and small groups with a focus on building stronger, more equitable communities.

Heather’s professional background includes significant work in juvenile justice, human trafficking prevention, homelessness advocacy, and community equity initiatives. Her academic research explored the impact of overheating systems on social policy affecting unhoused populations, alongside broader projects centered on marginalized identities across class, gender, and sexuality.

Heather believes true innovation lies in creating strategies that improve equity for all community members  because, as she often says, "we all do better when we all do better. "approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.
