Maximizing Success with both Digital and In-Person Workshops

This option is the most comprehensive package offered. It includes both an online assessment and training through Everything DiSC, a Wiley Brand, as well as an in-person, personalized workshop focused on your needs. Participants will complete an online assessment and will be provided with e-learning workbooks and videos to learn at their own pace. In addition, attendees will participate in a 3-hour workshop where they will receive individual and personalized training and guidance. Effective communication training for managers and their teams is the foundation of any great team building effort.

Team Building 101: A Behavioral Styles Approach (In-Person Workshop)

This in-person course provides a general overview of the different behavioral styles within a team and how they can work together effectively. It aims to increase self, team, and brand awareness. Effective communication is at the foundation of any team building goal. The workshop includes an assessment and workbook with personalized training tailored to the team's results. The goal is to create a cohesive team working towards common goals, building team loyalty, trust, and all done in an efficient manner. This course is also beneficial as a tool for communication training for Managers. Please note that this program does not include online access.
